Bridges of Maribor
Did you know that Maribor has more bridges than the Austrian city of Linz? That our first bridge over the Drava River stood here more than 700 years ago? That three out of our ten bridges are listed in the Register of Cultural Heritage of Slovenia? And that the Titov Bridge is unique for its time of construction because of its arch design?
We will learn a great deal about the history of the city and the construction of our bridges, and together take a walk along the banks of the Drava River. Discover Maribor in a different way through the history of our bridges and join us.
Tour dates: by prior arrangement
PRICE:
- 1–2 persons: 50 EUR
- 3–5 persons: 80 EUR
- 6–10 persons: 100 EUR
- 11–20 persons: 120 EUR
- 21–30 persons: 145 EUR
- Additional hour: 20 EUR
- Waiting hour: 15 EUR
- In case of cancellation less than 24 hours before the start of the tour, 50% of the price will be charged.
- Children up to 6 years: free of charge
Information:
- Duration of the guided tour: 1.5 hours
- Languages: guided tours are available in Slovenian, German, and English
Advance booking is required at least 3 days prior to the event. The tour operates with a minimum of 2 participants.
Another option is to create jewelry from Drava river stones – a necklace or earrings.
The workshop lasts 1 hour.
Additional fee:
- For a minimum of five participants: 25 EUR per person + travel expenses
- Price for two persons: 100 EUR + travel expenses
- Other arrangements upon agreement.
The visit to the Pottery Centre Maribor is limited to a maximum of 15 participants. Reservation is required at least 5 days in advance.
